The rewards help a bit, not a huge game changer or anything, but they’re still nice to have and make the experience feel a little more worthwhile.

The tables were clean and the floors looked good too. Reading between the lines, it seems like they actually keep up with the place instead of just doing the bare minimum.

My order showed up a little later than expected, but it was still warm when it arrived. Overall, not a big deal

I don’t usually make a big deal out of things like this, and I know public restrooms can be tough to keep perfect, but the toilet area really smelled bad when I was there. It was noticeable enough that it affected the overall experience for me.

I stopped by Whataburger for breakfast, it was a letdown. The biscuit was dry, the eggs had that rubbery taste, and the hash browns were barely even warm.

I’ve had better food from this location before, so maybe they were just having an off morning, but it was still frustrating. On top of that, the constant reminders to leave feedback or check out deals felt a little aggressive, like I couldn’t just eat my disappointing breakfast in peace.

The staff wasn’t rude or anything, and the service was fine enough. The food just didn’t taste fresh, and after this visit, I’m probably skipping breakfast here for a while.

I’m kind of mad at them because the fries showed up hot, salty, and perfectly crispy, and now I’m probably going to be craving them all the time. The onion rings were good too, so yeah, I blame them for making it way too easy to come back

I went in hoping to unwind a bit, but the place just felt kind of messy and really loud. I kept thinking maybe it would settle down after a few minutes, but it never really did. i found myself paying more attention to the noise and clutter than anything else, so it wasn’t very relaxing for me

I had a small issue with my Whataburger.com order where a couple items were missing and the drink wasn’t right. I sent in a complaint, not expecting much, and then kind of forgot about it for a bit. They got back to me about a day later, maybe a little more, and the person replying was actually nice. They just asked for the receipt info and refunded the missing items without turning it into some whole thing. I do wish the response had been a little quicker, but overall it felt fair. I’d probably order again, though next time I’m definitely checking the bag before I get too far away. Funny how you always remember that part after it happens.

I ordered from whataburger.com i was kind of expecting the food to show up lukewarm or a little sad, but it was actually really good. The fries were still warm and crispy, the burger wasn’t soggy or cold, and the cheese was melted just right. I don't know, maybe I just got lucky this time, but it really tasted fresh, like it had just come out. Solid experience overall.

I usually like the taste of Whataburger, and this time was good too. The burger had a nice flavor, the bun was soft, and the sauce sorta pulled everything together. It definitely feels like a solid fast food burger. The fries were okay, but they didn’t seem super fresh this time and were kinda plain. Overall though, it still tasted good, and I’d eat here again.

Went through the drive-thru around lunch and it moved faster than I thought it would. My order was right, and the person at the window was really nice. I did wait a little bit at the pickup window, but it wasn’t bad at all. Something about it just made the whole stop feel easy...

Using the app is easy for the most part. It only seems to lag a bit here and there when I’m switching locations, maybe every so often. Still, I’d rather deal with that than spend a bunch of time waiting in line.

I usually just grab drinks and shakes from Whataburger, they’ve been solid every time. The chocolate shake is thick enough to feel like a treat but not so heavy that I’m over it halfway through. The sodas are good too, not flat or sad-tasting like at some other places. Ordering through the site was easy, and everything came out right, which put me in a good mood. It’s simple stuff, but I definitely appreciate it

I had kind of mixed feelings, but mostly in a good way. The burger came with the customizations right, no onions and extra sauce like I asked, which mattered a lot. The fries were missing, which was annoying, but the burger itself was really good, so I still feel like 4 stars is fair.
